At AYURVEDA-TOTAAL we make every effort to ensure that delivery and receipt of your goods is as stress-free as possible. To facilitate that, we will keep in touch with you at various stages of the ordering and shipping.
Order confirmation
As soon as an order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
Shipping
As soon as your payment is received and products can be shipped, you will receive an email informing you about the shipping.
Delivery time
All Orders below EUR 50 value are shipped via Registered Airmail which normally takes 7-14 business days in delivery.
All Orders above EUR 50 value are shipped via EMS Speedpost,which normally takes 5-7 business days in delivery.
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 days.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery of orders, please make sure to include the COMPLETE delivery address with the correct POSTAL/ZIP CODE. We will not be responsible for any postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
Shipping Charges
It is our endeavor to make shipping charges as reasonable as possible. The shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product as well as the country where it has to be dispatched. So when more than one item is ordered we ship them in one package to keep shipping cost under control. The shipping charges include the cost of shipping, handling and packaging with delivery at your doorstep.
